This psychological evaluation assesses for cognitive and emotional conditions that may prevent an individual from successfully meeting the English language and/or civics requirements for the US naturalization (i.e., process through which an immigrant becomes a US citizen).

Evaluation Process
Referral from Primary Care Physician
We request a referral from your primary care physician with medical records detailing current diagnoses and medications.
Complete Intake Form
You will complete an intake form to help us understand your current challenges.
Two-Hour Testing Session
Schedule and attend a comprehensive two-hour testing session during which we will assess your cognitive and emotional functioning. We will also speak with a family member to gather collateral information.
Comprehensive Report
Following the assessment, a detailed report is provided.

Please note that our psychological evaluation and completion of Form N-648 provide the required medical evidence for your application, but the final decision is made solely by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
