Clinical Systems & Care Coordination Lead
Chelsea serves as the Clinical Systems and Care Coordination Lead. In this role, she leverages her background in psychology to optimize clinical workflows and enhance patient care processes. Her responsibilities include overseeing each patient's care plan, ensuring operational efficiency, and identifying community resources to support comprehensive care coordination. She also collaborates with local organizations to develop free community-based educational initiatives.
In all of these efforts, Chelsea draws on her extensive clinical experience to maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest care standards for patients, while fostering a structured, supportive environment for her colleagues.


Zoe Zitner
Psychometrician & Neuropsychology Assistant
Zoe is an aspiring clinical neuropsychologist currently pursuing her doctorate in clinical psychology. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Connecticut College. At Brain Care Clinic, she serves as a neuropsychology assistant and psychometrician, supporting clients and families throughout the neuropsychological assessment process. In this role, she administers and scores a range of standardized cognitive and psychological assessments and assists with both the clinical and administrative aspects of the assessment.
Zoe's professional interests include supporting individuals with learning disabilities across the lifespan. She has experience working with students with learning disabilities through structured programs and mentorship, and has participated in advocacy initiatives aimed at promoting access to appropriate evaluation and educational supports.
